The Secretary of the Public Service Recruitment Secretariat wishes to inform all job applicants that interviews for various positions will be conducted from 25th September 2025 to 15th October 2025. Successful candidates will later be assigned to their respective duty stations.

Important Instructions for Interviewees

  1. Interviews will take place on the specified dates, times, and venues as indicated for each job category.
  2. Every candidate must arrive at the interview venue wearing a face mask.
  3. Each candidate must bring a valid identification document. Acceptable IDs include:
    • Resident ID
    • Voter’s ID
    • Work ID
    • Citizenship ID
    • Passport
    • Driving License
    • OR an introduction letter from the local government authority.
  4. Candidates must present their original certificates, including:
    • Birth Certificate
    • Form IV Certificate
    • Form VI Certificate
    • Diploma / Higher Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree or higher, depending on qualifications.
  5. Not accepted: Testimonials, Provisional Results, Statements of Results, or Form IV & Form VI results slips. Such candidates will not proceed with the interview.
  6. Candidates will cover their own costs for meals, transport, and accommodation.
  7. Candidates must strictly observe the date, time, and venue allocated.
  8. Candidates who studied outside Tanzania must ensure their certificates are verified and approved by the relevant authority (TCU, NACTVET, or NECTA).
  9. Applicants whose names are not listed should log into their Ajira Portal accounts to see the reason for not being shortlisted.
  10. For professions requiring registration, candidates must bring their professional registration certificates and valid practice licenses.
  11. All shortlisted candidates must log into their Ajira Portal accounts and record their exam numbers beforehand. Exam numbers will not be provided on the interview day.
  12. Candidates whose names differ across documents must provide a registered Deed Poll (Name Change Affidavit) issued by the Ministry of Lands.
