The Mzumbe University Act, 2001 (Act No. 21 of 2001) was repealed and replaced by the Mzumbe University Charter, 2007, which was adopted under Section 25 of the Universities Act, 2005 (Act No. 7 of 2005). The University has more than 50 years of experience as a training institute, having trained people in public administration, business management, accounting, finance, management science, good governance, and the administration of justice.
Mzumbe University – Interview Notice
The Deputy Vice Chancellor of Mzumbe University (MU) informs job applicants that interviews will be held from 01–02 September 2025. Successful candidates will be assigned to their respective workstations.Important Instructions for Candidates:
- Attend the interview on the date, time, and venue indicated in the announcement.
- Wear a face mask at the venue.
- Bring a valid ID (National ID, Voter’s ID, Work ID, Citizenship ID, or Passport).
- Present original certificates: Birth, Form IV, Form VI, Diploma, Higher Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, or higher.
- Note: Testimonials, provisional results, statements of results, and slips WILL NOT be accepted.
- Candidates will cover their own transport, meals, and accommodation.
- Applicants who studied abroad must have their certificates verified by TCU, NACTE, or NECTA.
- For jobs requiring professional registration, bring the original registration certificate and valid license.
- All shortlisted candidates must log in to their accounts to record exam numbers before the interview day.
