Job Title: Manager Ecosystem
Department: Ecosystem & Digital Lending

Basic Purpose
  • Drive and implement Ecosystem banking solutions in the distribution ecosystems industry, positioning the bank as the leading financial institution in this space.
  • Link Retail, MSMEs, and Corporates to effective and affordable banking solutions while driving both liabilities and assets for the bank.
  • Grow and manage the Ecosystem portfolio for business banking through deposit mobilization, customer onboarding, and portfolio growth.
  • Oversee daily unit functions in support of the Senior Manager, with a focus on product development.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
  • Initiate, recruit, and build strong business relationships with Anchor Ecosystem partners (suppliers, distributors, and stakeholders).
  • Mobilize liabilities and improve retention in line with Ecosystem annual targets through distributor and supplier collections.
  • Ensure accurate capture of deposits from all customers under the Ecosystem.
  • Continuously review and implement customer and business feedback for product improvement.
  • Provide linkages between businesses and segments, tracking weekly performance and growth.
  • Conduct market research and propose new or improved products.
  • Prepare weekly performance and business trend reports for internal management using interactive dashboards.
  • Cross-sell other bank products and services to existing and potential customers.
  • Drive growth of both asset and liability portfolios.
  • Collaborate with MSME RMs at branches to develop initiatives supporting deposit mobilization and asset growth.
  • Identify, initiate, and negotiate MSME business opportunities to grow deposits, interest, and non-interest income.
  • Assess, analyze, and underwrite credit applications in line with credit policy and procedures.
  • Onboard Anchors and optimize value chains for business actualization.
Relationship Management
  • Manage and enhance existing business relationships to ensure customer retention.
  • Support Relationship Officers and BGDMs in managing client relationships, addressing complaints, and gathering feedback.
  • Cross-sell additional bank solutions to both borrowers and non-borrowers.
  • Provide advisory and training to empower clients in managing their businesses effectively.
  • Build and maintain rapport with stakeholders, including clients, government institutions, and financial institutions, to safeguard the bank’s interests and image.

Qualifications

Experience
