Position Summary
We are seeking a well-groomed and fluent English-speaking Hostess to be the welcoming face of our client’s establishment. The successful candidate will greet guests warmly, manage reservations, and ensure a smooth and pleasant dining experience from arrival to departure.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet guests warmly upon arrival.
- Manage reservations, waitlists, and seating arrangements efficiently.
- Escort guests to their tables and present menus.
- Provide accurate information about the restaurant, menu, and specials.
- Coordinate with the serving team to ensure timely and seamless service.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints politely and effectively.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception and waiting areas.
- Uphold the highest standards of hospitality, personal presentation, and customer service.
- Previous experience as a Hostess or in a customer service role is an advantage.
- Fluent in spoken and written English (required).
- Well-groomed appearance and excellent personal hygiene.
- Friendly, approachable, and confident personality.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in a busy environment.
- Flexibility to work shifts, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
