The Role

The Brand Management Supervisor will play a key role in ensuring volume targets and other KPIs for assigned brands are met or exceeded. This role involves supporting brand strategies, implementing marketing programs, analyzing performance, and driving brand equity through innovative initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing marketing strategies and annual brand plans, ensuring timely execution.
  • Monitor and analyze brand performance while supporting the field force to strengthen visibility and availability.
  • Develop and coordinate trade marketing activities to drive brand awareness and equity, including portfolio prioritization, merchandising, and promotions.
  • Manage creative and digital agencies, ensuring brand strategy alignment, content execution, and campaign tracking.
  • Support innovation and new product development, including launch planning and stakeholder coordination.
  • Participate in market research to better understand consumer needs and strengthen brand equity.
  • Monitor product quality in collaboration with the global supply chain – Quality team, suggest corrective actions, and track post-launch performance.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in brand management or marketing, preferably within FMCG.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market and sales data.
  • Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Experience working with creative and digital agencies is an advantage.
  • Proactive, with critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong written and spoken communication in English.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Basic financial knowledge (budgeting, P&L monitoring, commercial results analysis) is a plus.
